I had a bit of an issue with my order, and it did take longer to sort out than I was hoping. Since a friend had recommended them to me, I was a little worried at first. But support eventually got back to me and fixed everything. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they handled it in the end, so I’m happy enough

Umm, the checkout process was really easy, and paying with my card felt secure. I got the confirmation quickly, and there weren’t any random or weird charges afterward

The visuals are nice, and that’s what kept me interested at first. But overall, the whole thing feels kind of messy and not very well put together. When I ran into issues, the responses felt like those canned apologies everyone sends now, “sorry for the inconvenience” and all that—but it didn’t really make anything better. Good-looking, sure, but the actual experience needs work.

I was surprised the limited edition vinyl was still available, because usually stuff like that disappears so fast, like concert posters, special color pressings, signed copies, all that kind of thing. Checkout was super quick too, no weird errors, no endless loading screen, no cart suddenly emptying itself. It showed up in good shape, which was a relief since I’ve had packages arrive bent, dinged, corners smashed, you name it. My only small complaint is I wish they had more sizes available, because it felt a little limited there, like when a shirt only comes in one size or all the good options are already gone. Still, overall a smooth experience.

I ordered a hoodie and a tee from interscope and was kinda nervous about the sizing, since merch can be hit or miss. Both ended up fitting true to size for me. The hoodie had that relaxed fit I was hoping for, and the tee wasn’t too tight or weirdly long. I’m kinda relieved I didn’t have to deal with an exchange.

I ordered a few things that were listed as in stock, and somehow they actually shipped without one of those suspicious “oops, backordered” emails showing up later. Maybe I’m just paranoid from other sites playing inventory mind games, but this felt refreshingly normal. Their stock info seems to be kept accurate, which is apparently rare these days. I’d definitely use them again

I know it might sound like a small thing, but I always check packaging because I’ve had stuff show up damaged before. My order from interscope.com arrived in good condition with no dents or damage to the package, and the item itself was clean and looked brand new. that’s really all I was hoping for. Nothing over the top to report, it came fine and I’m happy with it.
